Customizing Push Notifications

Push notifications is a pretty simple but incredibly helpful tool in which an app notifies the user of a new message or certain events, even if the user is not currently active in using the certain app. In focusing into a messaging app, a push notification commonly contains the app name,  subject title, and a few texts from the e-mail itself. Push notification’s most basic function is to alert the user of any updates, that is why CACHATTO is equipped with a push notification customization feature. This enables IT administrators to choose a standard notification or to customize it into something more simple.

Below, you can find an image of the Push Notification customization settings found in CACHATTO Administrator page. There are also screenshot images of modified push notification in CACHATTO.
