As the New Year approaches, E-Jan International would like to remind you that the CACHATTO Support Center and the Trial Helpdesk will be unavailable during the holidays during on these following dates:
28 December, 2015 (Monday) – 4 January, 2016 (Monday)
Operations will resume on 5 January, 2016 (Tuesday).
If you are have a scheduled maintenance, power cuts, etc. on your CACHATTO server between the dates of Saturday, December 26th and Monday, January 4th and would like to suspend your Live Monitoring Service*, please contact us through the CACHATTO Support Site send a CACHATTO Server Live Monitoring Suspension request.
