FAQ: How to display user settings options

The User settings page, visible after logging into CACHATTO, allows the user to change a number of CACHATTO settings for the user, such as login password, push notification settings, etc.

In some circumstances, a administrator may prefer certain settings options to be hidden/displayed from the user.

Through the Administrator page’s ‘Server Settings’ tab, the administrator can change various settings, in which can be accessed by the user.

How to customise user settings
1. Login at the CACHATTO Admininstrator page
2. Go to the Server Settings tab, and click Security Policy
3. Scroll down to find Customize User Settings Page, and click ‘>> Customisation settings’

As an example, by deselecting the ‘Common Password’ display setting (shown above) and the ‘Notifications’ display setting, the settings available  to the user will change accordingly.
